Is coriander oil more beneficial than D Vitamin?

This means that D vitamin will be dissolved and transported way faster if this natural oil consumed. Secondly, to work properly, D vitamin needs presence of K and A vitamins. These two vitamins are present in a high concentration in coriander oil as well. Thirdly, coriander owns very strong anti-oxygenating action, which is why it counteracts mercury, lead, aluminium, cadmium action. These elements are responsible for slowing down production of D vitamin in an organism.
